Amusing Bouche
This is the perfect moment to enjoy Maxime Restaurant at your own pace. Explore the great classics of Lisbon’s gastronomy and choose your favourite dishes from our carefully crafted menu. While savouring the unique flavours, allow yourself to be surprised by occasional artistic interventions that complement the dining experience.
A Celebration That Travels Through Time
In 2025, we will continue to celebrate Maxime’s 75th anniversary, bringing to the stage musicians, dancers, comedians, magicians, mentalists, jugglers, drag performers, and other performing arts in a well-deserved annual celebration.
Restaurant: Classics That Never Grow Old
As Maxime is not just about the show, the restaurant offers a menu inspired by Old Lisbon, complete with its unique accompaniments and tones, aiming to honour Lisbon’s rich heritage.
The Perfect Combination
Tonight, at Amuse-Bouche, the featured artist is Vanity Redfire, a singer with a unique voice, a lover of cabaret, and passionate about street theatre. She is the founder of Voix de Ville. Tara Matahari, an artist inspired by tantric ceremonies and Eastern temples, will enchant the audience with an eternal flow of life energy! And to end the night, we present Manu de La Roche, a burlesque artist with over a decade of experience in the field.
VOIX DE VILLE PRODUCTION
Maxime Restaurant, located in Lisbon's Praça da Alegria, is the oldest open cabaret in the capital. Nights at Maxime are a surprising journey through the world of cabaret, burlesque, circus, musicals, comedy, illusionism, and much more! Each show is a unique spectacle, featuring national and international artists, with artistic curation and production by Vanity Redfire (aka Jaya Girão) and the Voix de Ville artist collective.
ARTISTIC FEE
For the sustainability of the cultural project, on à la carte dinner days with entertainment, Maxime Restaurante-Bar applies a mandatory artistic fee of €5 per person, which includes one welcome drink from the Maxime selection.
